Day of Deets:
- Line for each time slot will begin only 30 minutes prior to scheduled time slot.
- Proof of ticket purchase will be required upon entry. No entry without a ticket.
- No fitting rooms available.
- Communal mirror stations available.
- No cellphone charging stations.
- Restrooms available, not for try-on purposes.
- Cash and credit card accepted.
- All tickets and items purchased at the warehouse sale are final sale. No returns, no exchanges.
- No gift cards, discount codes or rewards points accepted.
Online Warehouse Sale Begins - Thursday, August 14th & 15th
Shipping:
Orders $100 or more will enjoy free shipping. A $6.95 shipping fee will apply to orders under $100. All orders will ship within 72 business hours via USPS, unless there is a pre-order item associated with your order. All orders ship as complete. Please allow extra shipping & processing time during the holiday season.
Online purchases:
You have 15 days from the time your order arrives to your door to request a full refund. Need a little more time? Store credit is offered for return requests made between 16-30 days of receiving your order.
Pickup purchases:
All pick-up orders will be held for seven days before cancelling. Should your order not be picked up within seven days, a full refund will automatically be issued.
Please note, if your pickup order includes any final sale items (items ending in .89 or holiday-themed merchandise), those items will not be refunded. We will refund all items in your order applicable for return and will keep non-refundable merchandise for pickup.
If your non-refundable merchandise is not picked up within 90 days, your items will be donated.
In-store purchases:
All purchases made in-store will have 15 days from the purchase date to return for a full refund and 16-30 days for store credit. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
